Paying for Vista help
Will they be happy to pay $40 for an OS that works, runs all their apps, is reliable, and does all the right things? Particularly with a lot of specialty apps becoming web-based. If Linux just had some more user-friendly tools for administering large numbers of clients, Windows could be in serious trouble.

I heard they are counting XP Upgrade coupons as a full Vista sale (these are th coupons they gave for free from what I understand).
